Kevin McCann

Hi I’m Kevin.

I’m the owner and founder of McCann Window & Exteriors.

I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and I received my college degree from Mundelein College. Later, I moved up to the North Shore, met my gorgeous wife, and raised three spirited, energetic boys.

My interests include: going to White Sox games, playing tennis, golfing (patiently), and more recently, boxing.

What I enjoy most about what I do is working with the families in my community and helping them make their homes the way they want them.

I love meeting people in their homes because you get to know a whole different side to them. Getting to know people this way is a lot of fun and very rewarding.

Todd Stills

Hi,

My name is Todd Stills and I am the general manager, sales manager, production manager, literature manager, chief cook and bottle washer for McCann Window & Exteriors.

I was born and raised in the great state of Iowa. My grandfather was a farmer and I spent many summers working on the farm. My father is a retired heavy duty truck salesman and a self described handyman. One of my first jobs was a carpenters apprentice where I learned framing, roofing, siding and general construction.

I love Chicago and all it has to offer. I have lived in Elk Grove Village for 18 years with my 16 year old son and 18 year old daughter. I am not sure why I don’t have more gray hair. Football is my favorite sport, but I enjoy all sports and love seeing live games. I am a brown belt in karate, like to play golf, and coach my daughters softball team.

I was the building materials manager and store manager for Menards for five years and most recently the operations manager for Alside, one of our largest suppliers. When I decided to make a career change, joining the McCann team was very appealing as they have a great reputation in this industry.

I love working for the McCann family. My family is very important to me and my life experiences have taught me the value of hard work, honesty and passion for life. I get the most out of helping people take a vision and make it a reality.

Karen Lodygowski

Hi,

I am the operations manager at McCann Window & Exteriors since the summer of 2010.

I was born and raised in Illinois, ranging from Chicago to the southern suburbs and settling on the North Shore. I attended Northeastern Illinois University as well as Triton college. I have degrees in the arts, interior design and kitchen and bath design.

Prior to joining the team at McCann Window & Exteriors, I owned and operated my own business “Renditions By Design,” an interior remodeling company specializing in high end kitchen design.

I am an avid sports fan. My favorite team is any team my son is on!

Conor McCann

Hi,

My name is Conor, and I am the office assistant, communications manager, ad creator, computer fixer, and garbage taker outer on Tuesdays at McCann Window.

I was born and raised in Deerfield, Illinois. I am a 2007 graduate of Deerfield high school and am now attending Northeastern Illinois University getting my degree in communications.

Before working at McCann, I was a server at a local bar and grill, as well as a country club in Long Grove. I also worked as a camp counselor for the Park District.

I am a pretty laid back guy. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing Ultimate Frisbee, drinking Pina Colada’s and getting caught in the rain. I am also a music buff and enjoy listening to as well as playing and recording my own music.

Needless to say, McCann has been a part of my family for a long time. I have been around it ever since I was a kid, and I am happy to have signed on as a full time member. It has served as a great example of how a business is run, how to manage time affectively and how to work within a team.

My favorite part about working at McCann is working in a creative capacity to design ads, produce promotional materials and even have a hand in building a website.
